2309 Garfield Ave reported trash and debris at the back of the home
A resident reported that the backyard of 2309 Garfield Ave is piled high with trash and debris and is producing a strong odor. The complaint says the mess has been like this for several months and the person hasn’t cleaned it up. The case is open with the city for follow-up.
