A hanging tree limb is threatening pedestrians at 1316 Cypress St
A big oak limb was hanging about 20 feet up at 1316 Cypress St in Louisville, and somebody called it a “serious safety hazard.”
They said there were no caution signs, warning tape, or barriers under it, so folks passing by were walking right beneath the thing.
