A dangerous old tree is dropping limbs at 146 Francis Ave
A very large old tree at 146 Francis Ave is in rough shape, and one neighbor says it’s already dropped some big limbs and caused property damage.
“THIS TREE IS DANGEROUS AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.” That’s how the caller put it, and they also say someone has duct taped a 2x4 to one of the limbs.
