Neighbors say garbage carts stay out at 714 Brook Park Dr
Somebody at 714 Brook Park Dr says the garbage carts there have been living on the street full time, 24/7.
That’s the complaint, anyway, and the caller says they “never pull them off the street.” The city’s looking at it now.
