Trash is blowing around 129 E Wellington Ave in Louisville
Trash can drama on 129 E Wellington Ave, and one neighbor says it’s been going on all week.
They called about a resident leaving the can out, and said, “IT'S FULL AND BLOWING ALL OVER THE NEIGHBORHOOD.” That’s one account, but it sounds like the kind of mess that gets everyone looking out the window.
The city’s looking into it.
