Drivers keep getting flat tires at Douglass Blvd & Millvale Rd
Smelled like trouble at Douglass Blvd and Millvale Rd, where one neighbor says drivers keep cutting the corner too tight and blowing out tires on that culvert.
They say it’s been happening enough that a vehicle had to be towed away earlier. If you turn there, apparently that corner has teeth.
