A tree is blocking the sidewalk at 722 Hardy Ave
There’s a tree crowding the sidewalk at 722 Hardy Ave, and folks are saying you can’t really walk it anymore.
One neighbor says it’s in the city’s easement by the road and has grown right over the path. That’s the kind of thing that turns a quick stroll into a little obstacle course.
