A metal plate is banging in the alley behind 4006 Southern Pkwy
Somebody behind 4006 Southern Pky says a big hole in the alley has been covered with a metal plate for over a month.
That resident says every car that rolls over it makes “a huge bang sound at all hours of the day including 4am.” They’d like the city to finish whatever it started and get the hole filled.
