Overgrown trees are hanging low on the 2200 block of Garland Ave
Those easement trees at 2220 Garland Ave are hanging so low in the 2200 block that you have to walk around them.
One neighbor says they’re extremely overgrown and need to be trimmed or cut back. That’s the sort of branch drama nobody wants on a sidewalk.
