Neighbors say Ulrich Ave is full of potholes at Preston Hwy & Ulrich Ave
Ulrich Ave at Preston Hwy is in rough shape, and one neighbor says it needs repaving after work left behind by LWC.
They say there are several potholes and the concrete is crumbling.
So if you were hoping for a smooth ride through there, maybe not today.
