Neighbors say the drop-off sign at 120 W College St may not be needed
Somebody’s questioning that “Drop Off Pick Up Only 8A - 5P” sign at 120 W College St.
One neighbor says they don’t see any drop-offs or pick-ups happening there, so they think the sign is no longer needed. That’s one account, mind you.
