Neighbors want flashing stop signs at W Chestnut St & S 15th St
Smelled like trouble at W Chestnut St and S 15th St, where one neighbor wants the city to turn the stop signs into 4-way stops.
They say people are not following “first to arrive, first to go” and are “sometimes not coming to full stop,” with “near accidents” happening there nearly every day.
They’re asking for flashing signs at the intersection, like the ones they noticed at 30th and Vermont.
