The traffic signal at Haldeman and Brownsboro is stopping traffic on Brownsboro even when there’s no one waiting on Haldeman and no pedestrian call for the crosswalk, one neighbor says. “Please reset the signal to cycle when traffic approaches on Haldeman or when pedestrians use the crosswalk signal.”
