Somebody called the city about 514 N 18TH ST in Louisville, and it’s the sidewalk crew that’s got folks grumbling.
One caller says the curb cut crew piled all their construction cones in front of the address, and says the man driving the Bobcat was texting while driving it, too. That’s one account, mind you, but it’s enough to make you look twice.
