Neighbors say the light at S 3RD ST & W WELLINGTON AVE is backing up traffic
That traffic light at S 3RD ST and W WELLINGTON AVE is getting a workout, and not in a good way.
One neighbor says it gives just 10 seconds for traffic on 3rd Street to get through, and that the timing has changed multiple times over the last 6 months. They say it’s been causing severe backups, especially since traffic on Wellington is rarely there.
