Neighbors say drivers are speeding and blowing stop signs at 2328 Cedar St
Somebody on Cedar St wants more police eyes at 2328 Cedar St.
They say cars have been flying by, blowing past the stop sign, and they want more patrols and one of those speed monitor machines out there. That's one account, but it sure sounds like a street that needs a calmer pace.
