A black Toyota RAV4 sits by 1822 Arlington Ave on the State St side
Smelled like a car that’s been sitting a while over at 1822 Arlington Ave. One caller says a black Toyota RAV4 has leaves on it and hasn’t moved for several days on the State St side of the property.
That same caller says the owner plans to wait until it gets tagged, then move it to another spot on the street or tear the tag off. LMPD got the heads-up on October 6.
