Neighbors say a van keeps parking wrong at 3515 Greenwood Ave
Smelled a parking headache on Greenwood Ave lately? One neighbor says a van at 3515 Greenwood Ave has been sitting left tire to curb for weeks at a time.
They say it blocks their view when pulling out and keeps sanitation workers from reaching the trash and recycling cans. LMPD has it marked as an open parking concern.
