An abandoned car with a flat tire is taking a parking spot at 758 S Shelby St
Somebody finally called the city about the disabled car at 758 S Shelby St.
It’s missing a back tire, sitting in a parking spot, and the owner apparently wouldn’t move it for street cleaning. One account says it’s been left there more than two years, and now it’s on LMPD’s radar.
