An old camper and a wrecked Kia are parked on 700 Creel Ave
Somebody’s got an old camper parked on the right of way at 700 Creel Ave in Louisville.
A caller also says there’s a black Kia with serious front-end damage parked there too, and they weren’t sure it even has a plate on it. That’s one account, but it’s enough to make you glance twice when you roll by.
