Neighbors say cars keep parking by the faded signs at N Birchwood Ave & Field Ave
At North Birchwood Avenue and Field Avenue, somebody says cars keep parking right behind the No Parking signs, and one dark van is usually the one you’ll spot on the west side facing south.
They say the signs look faded and ought to be updated, too. The worry is fire trucks trying to get through that corner when they need it most.
