Somebody’s turned 653 N 25TH ST into a little parking maze.
One account says the street is being used as a dumpsite and trash site by the property owners in the 2400 block of Northwestern Pkwy, and drivers on N 25th St. have to dodge other vehicles to get through. LMPD has it open.
