Rats are hanging around 1243 S Brook St 3
Rats are present at 1243 S Brook St 3, and the trash cans there are apparently broken.
One neighbor says the cans do not even belong to that address or nearby homes, so they won’t get picked up for months. That’s a nasty little setup for the block, and Louisville Parks and Recreation is looking at it.
