Squirrels in the walls, fleas in the apartment, and holes in the chimney at 1003 S 1ST ST 2 have made for one miserable home stretch.
One account says property maintenance sent a company out to spray on August 7, then tenants got a 14 day notice later that day saying they had interfered and were rude. That’s one side of it, and the tenants say none of that was true.
For now, nothing more has been done.
