Neighbors say a rat is hanging around the back yard at 6606 Vandre Ave
A rat showed up in the backyard at 6606 Vandre Ave, and one neighbor says it was also hiding out in a hole near the drainage area.
They live next to a vacant property and wanted someone to take a look. The city handled it and closed the matter on September 3.
