Rats are reportedly nesting in the backyard and slipping into the basement at 3742 Kahlert Ave, and one neighbor even moved out because of them, the report says.
The complainant says they caught three baby rodents in traps, had their landlord seal openings, have been baiting for roaches, and are scared to let their small dogs out at night because of overgrown weeds and an odor coming from the property.
