Live mice were spotted in the kitchen on August 26 and in the bathroom on August 28 at 504 Sherburn Lane A4, the tenant reports.
They say mouse droppings once covered the cabinet under the sink, rodents are heard in the walls, and repeated pest-control visits and traps haven't solved it.
