Neighbors say rocks in Beargrass Creek are blocking water at 745 Cochran Hill Rd
Somebody’s been turning Beargrass Creek into their own little waterfall at 745 Cochran Hill Rd.
One caller says regular park visitors reconfigured some of the big rocks there, and now the creek’s flow is off and the water is stagnant. It’s past the open grassy area opposite the parking lot, near where Alta Vista and the road fork.
