Neighbors report trash burning and a chemical smell at 2950 Rio Rita Ave
Smelled something nasty near 2950 Rio Rita Ave? One caller sure did.
The city got a report of burning trash, or maybe something with a strong chemical smell, there in Louisville just after 4 this morning. That's one account, but it sounds like the sort of thing you notice fast and forget even faster.
