Neighbors report an open burn at 2832 Garfield Ave
Smelled something horrible near 2832 Garfield Ave lately? One neighbor sure did.
They told the city the residence was open burning “last night,” and said they could see the flames late at night. That’s one account, mind you, but the smoke sounds like it was hard to miss.
