Smelled something awful near Camp St and S Clay St lately? One caller sure has.
They told the city there’s been a “horrible dead animal odor” there the last couple of days, especially in the morning, and they think it’s the JB Swift plant a few miles away.
That’s one account, mind you. The city’s looking into it.
