942 Charles ST odor nuisance reported
A resident reported a foul "dead pigs" odor at 942 Charles St, saying the stench is on Charles between Krieger and Boyle and about 1.8 miles from a nearby slaughterhouse, which the caller alleges removed odor controls. The complaint was made via the call center and the city's odor service case is currently open for investigation.
