1510 W ST CATHERINE ST reported odor from alley water from a washing machine
A caller reported an odor nuisance at 1510 W St Catherine St, saying residents appear to be dumping washing-machine wastewater into the alley. The report says the water has a foul smell, a blue sheen, and is flooding onto the complainant's property; APCD Community Compliance has the case open for follow-up.
