A resident reported an ongoing odor problem at 4018 Carbine Ln, saying that for about four weeks rotting trash has been left out weekly and that there are chickens on the property — the filing alleges the smell has drawn lots of flies and that rats have returned due to piled-up debris along the fence. The complaint is with APCD Community Compliance and is currently open, so these claims are the resident’s report and haven’t been confirmed yet.
