Rats and litter are piling up at 3921 Taylor Blvd
Smelled trouble at 3921 Taylor Blvd? One neighbor sure has, and it sounds like litter and some very large rats around the Shell station.
They told the city it’s a “public health safety concern” and said, “I clean weekly and we are getting nowhere without City enforcement.”
Cleanup crews are being asked to get out there and clear the mess.
