Rats are being seen around overflowing trash cans at 1233 S Brook St
Rats are part of the story behind 1233 S Brook St now, and nobody wants that kind of tenant.
One neighbor says the alley trash cans have been overflowing for months, and the rats have started showing up around them. That’s one account, but it sounds like the mess has been hanging around long enough to make itself at home.
