Neighbors say junk is piling up in the alley by 1808 Owen St
Somebody’s been dumping junk in the alley beside 1808 Owen St in Louisville, and one neighbor says it’s piled up fast.
“I haven’t physically seen who is doing it but there is so much junk piled up.” That’s one account, but the city’s looking into the mess.
