Junk and trash are piling up at 101 E Garrett St
A white truck has been parked on 101 E Garrett St for a while, and one neighbor says junk, trash, and random objects keep ending up around it when it gets moved.
They say it’s sometimes in the street, and it’s blocking the sidewalk too. That’s one account, but it’s enough to make the block look messy and unsanitary.
