Dead bamboo brush is reported dumped and a wood chipper sits at 109 N Hite Ave
Somebody on 109 N Hite Ave says their property got hit with illegal dumping, and not the small kind.
They say dead bamboo brush was dropped there, a wood chipper was parked in the private lot, and the tenant was met with loose dogs when she asked for the mess to be moved and the dogs leashed.
That's one account, but it sure sounds like a miserable day on the block.
