Somebody’s making a mess at 216 N 18th St in Louisville.
One neighbor says the tenant moving out there is dumping the contents of the house in the yard and on the vacant lot next door at 214 N 18th Street. They also say there’s an old white Dodge Ram with Kentucky tag FAN166 tied up in it, and debris, furniture, trash, and other stuff are being left everywhere.
