A couch and car fender are dumped behind 2901 Portland Ave
Somebody dumped a couch and a car fender behind 2901 Portland Ave, and that’s got the neighbors talking.
One complaint says the mess came from the people living at 623 N 20th St. That’s one account, mind you, but it’s a bulky little eyesore either way.
