1009 S 28TH ST resident reported illegal dumping
A resident reported illegal dumping at 1009 S 28th St after a bright orange trash can apparently fell off the back of a city truck and was left across the street. The report says trash is scattered and there's a strong odor from food waste, and the case is open for city cleanup or follow-up.
