Neighbors say self-made signs are blocking Shelby St near 3750 Illinois Ave
Somebody at 3750 Illinois Ave has neighbors talking, and not in a good way. One neighbor says self-made signs were put up during an event, along Shelby Street near Illinois Ave, and that people were being told not to park on city streets.
That same account says the signs were blocking the street and covering part of the event, with yelling and threats thrown into the mix. The city’s looking into the complaint.
