Neighbors report a dead cat, holes and leaks inside 1369 Catalpa St
Somebody called the city about rough conditions at 1369 Catalpa St in Louisville.
One neighbor says there’s a dead cat in the basement, holes in the basement floor, cracks in the foundation, vines growing inside, wood falling from the attic roof, a leak in the bathroom ceiling, and a crumbling window frame. That’s one account, but it’s a grim list either way.
