A roach and mold problem is reported at 131 N 41st St
A family at 131 N 41ST ST says the place is overrun with roaches, mold, and busted windows, and they’ve had to stay in a shelter with their children because of it.
One caller says the basement is turning black, the heat and a/c are out, and a back window was shattered when someone threw a brick through it. She also says the home failed a Section 8 check in September and again this month, and the landlord was given until November to sort it out.
