Water has been flooding into an apartment at 11311 Powhatan Ct in Louisville, and one resident says it’s coming in multiple times a day from other units.
They say the landlord would not shut off the water while the plumbing gets fixed, and that dirty water from dishwashers and who knows what else was flowing into their place. The complaint says it had been happening since Friday at 11 a.m.
