A pool with no fence is reported at 4016 Parthenia Ave
The pool at 4016 Parthenia Ave has somebody worried, and for good reason.
One neighbor says there’s a ladder in it, no fence around it, and little kids could get in and fall. They also say the weeds and grass have been left to grow.
That’s one account, but it’s a scary one.
