Neighbors report mold, mice and leaks at 4519 Hazelwood Ave
Some bad apartment news out of 4519 Hazelwood Ave in Louisville.
A caller says she and her brother used to live in Apt 24 and 25, and they asked the owner to fix mold, mildew, a mice infestation, and electrical outlet problems. She says the AC leaked so loudly they could hear the dripping, and the ceiling leaked too, with a bucket as the only fix offered. They don’t live there anymore, but wanted the place looked at.
