Raccoons are in the walls at 1506 W Market St 4, and one neighbor says there are at least four of them.
They say the animals pushed the vents out and got in through a hole in the attic, and property maintenance has not done anything yet. With a 2-year-old in the building, you can see why that has somebody on edge.
