A broken AC unit is leaving 1337 S 4TH ST 4 sweltering
An apartment at 1337 S 4TH ST 4 is sitting in a rough patch with the air conditioning. One tenant says the unit has not been cooling for weeks, and their place has been stuck around 88 degrees during a heat wave over 100.
They say the landlord and repairman have been going back and forth about parts, and the tenant was told to provide photos of the outside unit, though that’s been hard to pin down in a multi-unit building. The tenant also says they were told to “stop bitchin.”
